This website

• No accounts, no cookies, no ads and no analytics or tracking scripts.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees a request for the font files.
• If you email us, we use your email only to reply, send licence keys and help you. We never sell or share it.

Hello Hands

• Your child's pictures, voice recordings and taught signs stay on the device. They are never uploaded.
• The camera is used only while the sign screen is open. Video is processed on the device and is never saved or sent anywhere.
• The microphone is used only when a grown-up records a voice for a card.
• Licence check: to start the free trial and check a licence, Hello Hands sends a device code (a one-way scrambled value made from the device's ID, with no name, phone number or account in it) and your licence key to the RM Studios licence server. Nothing else is sent.
• Voices: Hello Hands speaks using the voice service installed on the device. If you choose a Google online voice, for example for Bangla, the words being spoken are sent to Google to turn them into speech.
• No ads, no analytics, no accounts.
• Uninstalling Hello Hands deletes everything it stored on the device.

Children

Hello Hands is made to be used by children with a grown-up's help. It doesn't collect personal information from children. Grown-up settings are locked behind a press-and-hold and a math question.
